Run for a Cause: Support World Bicycle Relief at the Chicago Bank of America Marathon

I'm thrilled to announce that I'll be participating in the Chicago Bank of America Marathon on October 13, 2024, and I'm running to support World Bicycle Relief. This organization is close to my heart because of my love for biking and my family's roots in Cameroon, where bicycles can make a world of difference.

Why I Run

Growing up, I heard stories from my dad and his family in Cameroon about the challenges of getting to school and work without reliable transportation. Bicycles can change that by providing a simple, sustainable way to cover long distances. This is why I’m passionate about supporting World Bicycle Relief, which empowers individuals by giving them the tools they need to overcome the challenge of distance.

My Fundraising Goal

I'm aiming to raise $1,800 for World Bicycle Relief, which will provide 10 bicycles to those in need. These bicycles will help students get to school, healthcare workers reach patients, and entrepreneurs expand their businesses. With your help, we can make a significant difference in many lives.
