Part 3 of 3 finished (Race Across Germany)

Sunday 9th Jul

Had to give up at 936km of 1115km due to security reasons (couldn‘t look up and left and right on the bike any more caused by neck problems) but I enjoyed every second -what an amazing ride and thanks for all your support!! Part 2 of 3 finished (Techbikers-Ride 2023)

Tuesday 20th Jun

Successfully finished part 2 of 3 (Techbikers group ride). We cycled from Hamburg to the Baltic Sea and back in three days. Our tour took us to Grömitz - those who know me know the connection I have to this place since I have cycled there and back from Hanover non-stop several times - to Boltenhagen and back to Hamburg. In the end, we cycled around 400km together and collected lots of donations for World Bicycle Relief. It was a pleasure to be on the road again with old friends, to meet new people and to have deep conversations. I was also able to extensively test my Race Across Germany setup and my fat burning and I am very satisfied. Next Challenge in three weeks (07-07-2023): Race Across Germany, non-supported (1100km from Flensburg to Garmisch) - I'm really looking forward to it! Part 1 of 3 finished (24h-Brelinger-Berg)

Monday 12th Jun

Successfully finished part 1 of 3 (24h-Berlinger-Berg ultracycling event). Did 29 rounds and 502km in total while testing my Race Across Germany unsupported setup (including all food and clothes - extraweight). Had some really good learnings and will continue improving my setup (Release early, release often). If you find that inspiring and want to motivate me even more, please support my World Bicycle Relief campaign with a (small but beautiful) donation!

brgmn Charity-Tour 2023 (24h Brelinger Berg, Techbikers, Race Across Germany)

Saturday 13th May

Riding my bicycle for a good cause: I’m participating at 24h Brelinger Berg, TECHBIKERS and Race Across Germany this year (non-supported, non-stop from Flensburg to Garmisch, 1100km) and collect donations for World Bicycle Relief (enabling poor children in rural areas to reach their schools by providing them bicycles).
