Your donation will provide bicycles that change lives.

I believe in the Power of Bicycles and their ability to change the world. Please consider supporting my personal fundraising efforts to help mobilize individuals in rural developing countries. Just $165 helps put a brand new bike in the field and forever changes the trajectory of an individual's life.

A few years ago I started a tradition called TENSGIVING that meets three goals.  It gives me a meaningful target for Giving Tuesday, helps me stay motivated to keep riding my bike as the weather turns colder, and forces me to maintain healthy habits during the upcoming holiday feasts.   Here's how it goes:

Starting on the Friday before Thanksgiving (Nov 17), the challenge is to ride your bike (or peloton) at least ten miles a day for ten consecutive days. Keep track of the miles you cover.  At the end of the ten days, total up your distance and donate $1/mile to World Bicycle Relief on Giving Tuesday.  The more you ride, the more good you do.

For those who are not cyclists, there's also a running option. Run at least 5k each day for 10 straight days.  Total it up and donate $2/km on Giving Tuesday.

It's simple.

If you miss a day, its not the end of the world, but if you complete the challenge it's worth it!

Thank you for your support!
